Powerful Features To Enhance Your Workstatus Experience

We are back to give you a quick update on what’s brewing in the development department of Workstatus.

Our incredible team is always on its toes to make tremendous enhancements to Workstatus.

In addition, we have planned to introduce some brand-new functionalities in our desktop and mobile application. The additions will make it simpler for you to keep an eye on your time, handle your workforce, streamline your workflow, and accomplish even more.

But, before that, we will be reviewing our past updates to get a holistic view of Workstatus.

Product Updates So Far

Here is a small recap of updates 2022 for you:

• Editable Screenshot Frequency

Previously, our software would take only one screenshot of your employees’ computers after every 5, 10, or 15 minutes. Here employers could pick any time duration.

However, now you can easily choose the frequency of screenshots from the three different intervals:

• 1x – 1 Screenshots
• 2x – 2 Screenshots
• 3x – 3 Screenshots

Workstatus will automatically start capturing the screenshots at the chosen frequency.

• Stealth Mode

The application can run in the background and keep tracking a user’s activity in stealth mode, helping employers monitor team performance without being intrusive.

• Set Break Type, Time Duration, and More

Managers can now define different types of breaks, such as meals or tea, and establish a total break time duration for each employee. 

• Add Notes for Idle Time

It’s now easy to mention the reason for the idle time spent on any project. This way, employers can understand the reasons behind employees’ being idle.

• Disable & Delete Screenshots

To keep confidential data and projects safe, employers can now disable the screenshot feature for their staff. Furthermore, owners have the added advantage of deleting screenshots at any time.

• Access Newly Added Reports

We have added some new reports to give you more insightful data, such as:

• Project & Task Report
• Attendance Report
• Timesheet Approval Report
• Custom Reports
• Time-off Transaction Report
• Manual Time Edit Report

You can easily download these reports and analyze their performance to make smart business decisions.

• Adding Weekly/Daily Timesheets Manually

Employees can now add timesheets manually on a weekly basis, allowing for better flexibility and accuracy in their work.

• Reports on Apps & URLs used

Get detailed reports on apps used and websites visited by your employees while they are working.

• Bulk Invite To Members

Employers can now invite multiple members in one go to join Workstatus using the bulk invitation feature.

• Achievement Settings

This amazing feature sends appreciation emails to employees on achieving defined productivity marks (efficiency pro, productivity champ, time hero) and encourages them to continue the great work to get on a hot streak.
